3. PROGRESS PHOTOS & CLIENT INFORMATION

Progress photographs, measurements, check-in responses, and other information submitted as part of coaching are collected primarily for providing and evaluating your fitness program.

Submitting progress photographs for coaching purposes does not automatically authorize New Breed Fitness to publicly use those photographs for advertising, social media, testimonials, or other promotional purposes.

If we wish to use identifiable client photographs, testimonials, or transformation results for marketing purposes, we will obtain appropriate permission or authorization separately.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information to third parties when reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide the Services.

Service Providers: Companies that assist with hosting, fitness coaching technology, communications, analytics, customer support, email delivery, and other business functions.

Payment Processors: Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. New Breed Fitness may not directly store complete payment-card information.

Some communications are necessary for providing your Services, including account information, workout reminders, check-ins, billing notices, and program-related communications.

Where applicable, you may opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications.

Opting out of promotional communications does not necessarily prevent us from sending essential service-related messages.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no internet transmission, electronic storage system, website, application, or database can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Clients should also protect their account credentials and immediately notify us if they believe their account has been compromised.

12. CHILDREN & MINORS

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Individuals under 18 may only participate in New Breed Fitness coaching where permitted and with appropriate involvement and consent from a parent or legal guardian.

If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to address the information appropriately.
